What's next? Our aims for 2025 / 2026
Environment
Over the next 12 months we intend to implement our new travel policy. A key part of this will be the roll out of our new carbon travel dashboards to all practice groups. Supporting this, we commit to undertaking firm-wide carbon literacy training to improve awareness of the firm’s carbon reduction ambition.
Community
Our current three charity partnerships come to an end in December 2025 and our new partnerships will be voted for by our staff, commencing 1 January 2026.
We will continue to focus on fundraising for our Arthur Cox Zambia Project with firmwide events for our people that ultimately greatly benefit local rural communities in Zambia.
We will maintain a strong Pro Bono participation rate and number of hours to deliver legal assistance to those with the most pressing needs.
Workplace
Our focus for the year ahead is to maintain or improve our partner gender balance and to meet our targets for minority candidate recruitment.
Marketplace
We will continue our ESG commitment review of all our material supplier relationships.
