Irish Life: Lead counsel across its PRS portfolio acting on forward purchases and forward funds of numerous schemes across Dublin.

DWS: Forward purchase of the 368-unit PRS Scheme at Cualanor, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin (Cheevers Court and Haliday House) and the acquisition and financing of a further 67 PRS apartments in the same development (Fairways and Abbott Court).

Union Investment: Forward purchase of the 140-unit Newtown Gardens PRS scheme, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

TPG Real Estate: Acquisition of Quintain Developments Ireland (rebranded to Evara), the largest, privately owned residential developer in Ireland.

Tristan Capital: Acquisition, financing, development and letting to Dublin City Council of the 89-unit Hamilton Gardens PRS scheme at Cabra, Dublin 7 and its sale to New Beginnings.

Ardstone: Acquisition of social housing apartments at various locations in Dublin and Kildare, let on completion to Dublin City Council and Kildare County Council.
