• Acquisition of the Lahinch Portfolio (Colony Capital’s interest in Burlington Plaza and Three Ireland HQ in Dublin) and Cedar Office Portfolio (five prime Dublin office properties).
• Acquisition from RGRE and Fortress Investment Group of Salesforce’s European HQ at Spencer Dock, Dublin 1.
• Acquisition of a substantial part of Meta’s European HQ in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

Kennedy Wilson

• Acquisition, development and letting of Capital Dock (a new urban quarter in Dublin’s south docks) including the acquisition of the State Street HQ and re-gearing of the State Street lease, the forward sale of Block 200 Capital Dock to J.P. Morgan, and the landmark letting of Blocks 100 and 300 to Indeed.com.

Brookfield

• Acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Ireland’s largest commercial landlord, Hibernia REIT, the developer of numerous multi-let office schemes across Dublin.
• 2024 financing of Harcourt Square, KPMG’s new HQ, acting for a syndicate of international lenders.

Amundi

• Acquisition and financing of Fitzwilliam 28, a leading Grade-A office development in Dublin city centre, pre-let to Slack Technologies.
• Lettings to SMBC Aviation and Addleshaw Goddard LLP.

Marlet

• Letting of four floors of state-of-the-art office space at The Shipping Office, Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2 to BNY.

Green REIT

• Landmark sale of its property portfolio (including prime Dublin 2 office buildings at One Molesworth Street, 32 Molesworth Street and 5 Harcourt Road and the Central Park office campus in Sandyford) to Henderson Park.
