EXPERIENCE

We have advised on the acquisition, sale and letting of most of the 5-star hotels in Dublin and beyond, including the Shelbourne Hotel, the Conrad Hotel, the Marker Hotel and Residences, Ashford Castle and Powerscourt Hotel. We have also advised on the following:

• The Dean Hotel: Landmark sale by the Press-Up Group of a majority stake in the Dean Hotel Group.
• Dalata Hotel Group: Operational leases of the Burlington Hotel, Dublin 4 and the Samuel Hotel, Spencer Place, Dublin 1.
• CenterParcs: Acquisition of its first Irish holiday park at Longford Forest and 2024 refinancing.
• Premier Inn: Forward fund development of a hotel at Castleforbes, Dublin 1 and pre-letting of the hotel at Newmarket Yards, Dublin 8.
• Staycity Aparthotels: Agreement for lease and lease of a new 202-unit aparthotel on Townsend Street, Dublin 2 and the acquisition of the aparthotel, retail and arts units in Smithfield, Dublin 7.
• Louis Fitzgerald Group: Acquisition of Bruxelles pub, off Grafton Street, Dublin 2 and on real estate matters generally.
