Michael Coyle, Head of Private Equity

Michael advises financial investors and public and private companies on all types of domestic and cross-border M&A, including buyouts, exits, secondaries, carve-outs and spin-offs, public to privates, private investments and joint-venture structures. Michael also advises clients on shareholder activism, takeover defense, restructurings, corporate governance, executive incentivisation and securities law matters.

Michael regularly acts for Advent International, HIG Capital, HG Capital, KKR, Pritzker Private Capital and TPG.
