Olivia is a qualified Irish and European Trade Mark Attorney, is head of our Intellectual Property team.
She advises clients across the full range of intellectual property matters. The sectors involved include pharmaceutical and biotechnology, food and beverage, technology and internet, third level education and research institutions, transport, energy, large retail and advertising and media and entertainment. Olivia speaks regularly on intellectual property at external conferences in Ireland, Europe and the US and Arthur Cox client events. Olivia is a partner in the Technology and Innovation group.

Keith specialises in complex commercial litigation, dispute resolution and investigations, often with multinational aspects.
Keith has over twenty years’ experience in dealing with complex disputes across a range of practice areas including intellectual property, data protection and defamation. His IP experience includes:
- Advising agritech client on trade mark infringement dispute with competitor;
- Advising an international leisure and hospitality operator on trade mark infringement dispute;
- Advising an international social media provider on defence of proceedings concerning content on its platform;
- Advising a significant grocery retailer on passing off dispute with competitor;
- Advising an international forecourt retailer on passing off dispute with a supplier.
