- Advising clients in respect of Health Information & Quality Authority (HIQA) reporting obligations, compliance, investigations and liaising and communications with HIQA
- Advising clients on reporting obligations, compliance and liaising with Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA)
- Advising in relation to production summons, hearings, GDPR, medical records and regulatory investigations before multiple regulators including Medical Council, Health and Social Care Professionals Council (CORU), Data Protection Commission (DPC), Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland and the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland

LITIGATION, DISPUTE RESOLUTION & INVESTIGATIONS
- Representing leading healthcare and pharmaceutical clients in High Court judicial review proceedings concerning the disclosure of confidential information under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 by regulators
- Advising clients in relation to the closure and transfer of services to the HSE and litigation rising
- Advising clients in relation to preparation for and attendance at inquests, including disclosure requests from the Coroner and preparation of depositions
- Advising healthcare and disability sector clients in relation to funding issues with the State to include dispute resolution processes
- Advising and representing healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device clients in relation to product liability and medical negligence claims
- Advising clients on various issues arising in relation to the implementation of the Assisted Decision Making and Capacity Act 2015, including High Court and Circuit Court Applications under the 2015 Act
CORPORATE
- Advising the management team of a leading private hospital on its acquisition by an investment group
- Advising a medical services provider on the acquisition of its shares by the Irish subsidiary of a major healthcare organisation
- Advising a listed European real estate investment company on its entry into the Irish healthcare market through the acquisition of nursing and care homes and rehabilitation clinics
- Advising a pan-European digital health company on its acquisition of an online medical consultation platform
- Transactions involving nursing home groups, care villages, and healthcare assets, including Ireland’s largest primary care centre, for private equity and infrastructure investors
- Disposal of a major Irish private hospital to an infrastructure investment fund
- Advising on the merger of two children’s hospital foundations to form a unified national foundation under the domestic merger process

- Advising a private hospital on a variety of data protection matters, including subject access requests, patient requests under the right to erasure, liaison with the hospital’s Data Protection Officer, breach of privacy claims, and data security incidents
