Advising HealthHero on its acquisition of MyClinic.ie
Advising on the transfer of Tallaght Children’s Hospital assets to the Children’s Health Foundation, all in connection with the Children’s Hospital project generally
Representing St Vincent’s Centre, Cork in relation to High Court litigation concerning the closure and transfer of the services to the HSE
Previously lead advisor to the Health Services Executive (HSE) for six years on all corporate matters and oversaw all legal matters
Advising the Private Hospitals Association (the representative body for all private hospitals in Ireland) on the contract between the HSE and the private hospital sector in Ireland to make the private hospitals available to the HSE to deal with the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic
