The Debt Finance Group is an integral part of our wider Finance Department which includes practices in asset management and investment funds, capital markets and financial regulation.

RECENT EXPERIENCE

  • Advising First Lien Lenders to Endo International, in relation to all Irish aspects of its US Chapter 11 proceedings and related restructuring.
  • Advising Apex Group on all the Irish law aspects of the financing of its acquisition of the Sanne Group.
  • Advising Total Produce plc in connection with the initial financing of its acquisition of a 45% share in the Dole group and the financing arrangements (senior debt and notes) relating to its merger with Dole Food Company Inc. and the subsequent IPO of Dole plc on the NYSE to create the world’s largest fresh fruit and vegetable supply business.
  • Advising the First Lien/senior lenders to Nenelite on the acquisition of UDG Healthcare plc.
  • Advising Bausch & Lomb in connection with its secured senior debt and notes transactions.
  • Advising Flutter Entertainment in relation to a series of Term Loan A, RCF, Term Loan B and Bond financing transactions.
  • Advising Ryanair plc on its €750 million unsecured revolving credit facility with a syndicate of thirteen banks.
  • Advising Deutsche Lufthansa on its €3 billion state-guaranteed loan from state bank KFW and a syndicate of other private banks.
  • Advising Archer Hotel Capital on the debt financing by Deutsche Bank of its acquisition of the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin from Kennedy Wilson.
