REVIEW OF FSR

The European Commission has launched a review of the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR). The Commission has issued both a call for evidence and a public consultation seeking views by 18 November 2025 on the implementation and enforcement of the FSR as well as more general feedback. The Commission will use this feedback in the FSR review report that will be presented to the European Parliament and the Council.
